(Wappapello) Everyone needs to be careful during these extreme hot days, including those vacationing who may be camping or having fun out on one Missouri’s recreational lakes this week.
Becky Hays is with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Wappapello in Wayne County.
She has this advice for those trying to have a good time on this very hot week.
A heat advisory begins at noon Wednesday and will expire at 9 Thursday night.
It’s for most of the Regional Radio listening area, except for Bollinger, Perry and Wayne counties.
