Valle Catholic visits West County In MAAA Small School Battle

(LEADWOOD) The Valle Catholic Warriors Baseball Team heads to Leadwood to take on the West County Bulldogs in a battle of the two top teams in the MAAA Small School Conference Monday afternoon. Head coach of the 10-3 Warriors Nathan Gegg says that they’ve been picking it up since a 2-2 start to the year.

The 6-1 Bulldogs are coming off a year where they finished third in state but have graduated the middle of their lineup. Coach Gegg gives us the scouting report on the Bulldogs.

The Warriors and the Bulldogs put their 3-0 conference records on the line when they do battle Monday afternoon. Pregame coverage begins at 4:15 with a 4:30 first pitch on AM 800 KREI.
