Valley R-VI to use Local Beef in Schools

(CALEDONIA) The Valley R-VI School District s introducing the Missouri Kids Beef Program, which would put local beef in the lunch room at the schools. Superintendent Jason Samples tells us more.

Valley has a school farm, and it might be able to contribute to the program.

Local beef could be on the menu in the Valley School District as soon as the meat is processed.
