Vehicles, UTV, and Trailer Reported Stolen from De Soto area Subdivision

(Jefferson County) Deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a case where two vehicles among other items were stolen within a small window of time in a De Soto area neighborhood earlier this month.

Sheriff’s office spokesman Grant Bissell says during the morning of December 4th deputies were dispatched to the 4400 block of Liberty Ridge for a complaint of a vehicle being left in the roadway.

While the deputy was canvassing the area for any further suspicious activity, they came across a 1997 Dodge Ram pickup truck that was abandoned in the road.

The 2018 Polaris Ranger is valued at $15,000 and the utility trailer $2,500.
