Viburnum Runner Wins District Championship & Prepares for State

(Viburnum) Three runners from Viburnum High School have qualified for this weekend’s state cross country meet.

In fact, Activities Director Jamie Warden says one of those runners, junior Tristin Webb, took the overall first place medal in the district meet.

Viburnum’s Webb, Russell and Auten will run in the state meet Saturday at Gans Creek Recreation Area near Columbia.
