Viburnum School District Mourning the Passing of Bus Driver

(Viburnum) This is a sad week at the Viburnum School District.

Superintendent Kent Sherrow says they are mourning the unexpected loss of a district bus driver.

Superintendent Sherrow says Burchard did a lot for the Viburnum district other than just driving a bus.

Dennis Burchard, who resided in Davisville, was 70-years-old.

He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Marines and was the owner of Davisville Firearms gunsmith shop.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
