Violet Beatrice Otto of Arnold passed away on January 4th at the age of 89.
A graveside service will be held Thursday (1/12) afternoon at 1:45 in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with burial to follow. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
