Volunteer Firefighters Wanted

(Park Hills) Many of our local firefighters are working short-handed in their departments.

They are usually looking for volunteers.

Brad Weiss is the fire chief at the Park Hills Fire Department.

Tom Robinson is a firefighter and the spokesperson for the Wolf Creek Fire Protection District with their main firehouse just east of Farmington.

He says they will soon need more firefighters to cover their huge district.

Robinson says one of those new Wolf Creek firehouses will be built this year and the other will be constructed in 2024.
