Voting Precinct in Washington County Closed Down

(Pleasant Point) The Pleasant Point voting precinct in Washington County will be closed for all elections next year.

Those voters will now use the Belgrade Precinct at the Methodist church on Highway ‘C’.

County Clerk Jenny Allen says a lack of poll workers and a low voter turnout contributed to closing that poll location.

Any voter can vote absentee in the county clerk’s office prior to all elections.
