Wakefield Earns Dream Team Spot In Freshman Season

(ANNAPOLIS, Mo.) – South Iron Panthers freshman Brock Wakefield broke onto the scene in his first season in high school and also grabbed a spot on the Regional Radio Boys Basketball Dream Team. Wakefield put up an average of 19 points per game, nearly six rebounds per game and three assists per game. Wakefield says he got a lot of support in his first high school season.
Wakefield tells us some of his favorite memories from his freshman year.
With a young group that went 22-6 this season, Wakefield says he has high hopes for the future.
Wakefield is currently in his first high school baseball season with the Panthers baseball team.
