Walk To Tackle Heart Disease Totals Are In

(Farmington) Final numbers have come in from this year’s Walk to Tackle Heart Disease. This is a competition between Farmington and North County High Schools to see who could raise the most money for the American Heart Association. Jen Rogers with the Heart Association says the two schools combined to raise nearly 23 thousand dollars.

And along with the two school districts, individuals also worked to raise money for the Heart Association.

Farmington will receive a traveling trophy for raising the most money. A total of $22,990.41 was raised this year through the Walk to Tackle Heart Disease. Hear more with Rogers below.
