Waller talks voter turnout for November election

(Hillsboro) The November General Election will have some important races across Missouri with the U.S. Congressional seats as well as a U.S. Senate race. However, there are very few contested races on the local level. Jefferson County Elections Clerk Ken Waller believes the turnout should be pretty high for the sole reason of the state-wide vote on recreational marijuana, but there could be many undervotes
