Wayne County Man Seriously Injured In Accident

(Williamsville) A Wayne County man was seriously injured in a traffic accident early this morning in Iron County.

The highway patrol says a Honda Civic driven by 24 year old Justin Mell of Fredericktown was driving north on Highway 21 when he rand of the road and hit a bridge.

Mell wasn’t injured, but his passenger, 49 year old Douglas eisenbeis of Williamsville sustained serious injuries.

He had to be flown to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur for treatment.

The accident happened 5 miles south of Arcadia.
