Wayne County Records First COVID Related Death

Wayne County in southeast Missouri has a population of just over 13 thousand people. The health department there has seen a recent rise in COVID-19 cases. At the end of Tuesday the number of total cases stood at 70 with over half of those, 37, currently active.
