Welding Pre-Apprenticeship Program Offered at Mineral Area College

MAC recently inducted 16 students into a prestigious honor society.
(Park Hills) If you’re looking to gain skills and hands-on experience for a career in welding, Mineral Area College in Park Hills has a welding pre-apprenticeship program that will help you get a jumpstart. Tina Miller is the Director of Career and Technical Education at MAC. She describes this course.
The next class is Wednesday, July 21st from 4 until 9 p.m. Miller says if you miss a class, don’t worry, you can make it up.
The Mineral Area College Welding Pre-Apprenticeship Program has a 7-week rotating schedule with classes every Wednesday evening from 4 until 9. These classes are free and take place at MAC’s North College Center in Park Hills. To register for the welding course, call Tina Miller at 573-518-3840.
