Westrich Taking His Golf Game to Another Level

After leading the Central Missouri golf team to a super regional preview championship last week, Farmington’s Nick Westrich is back on the course Monday and Tuesday at the Missouri Western Invitational in St. Joseph. Westrich, who fired two rounds in the 60s, finished as the runner up in Owensboro, Kentucky. He says it’s the best he’s ever played at a tournament…

For his efforts Westrich was named the MIAA golfer of the week. Westrich qualfied as the top golfer for Central Missouri starting out the fall season. Nick and the Mules wrap up the fall schedule next Monday at the Division Two national preview tournament in St. Albans, Missouri.
