What the Jefferson County color-coded guidance indicators mean

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Health Department released color-coded Covid-19 Guidance Indicators earlier this week as a way to still warn the public despite the Governor’s Executive Order to open up Missouri. JCHD Director Kelly Vollmar says obviously, the color red means there are pretty strict restrictions.
Vollmar says the color yellow means things are slightly less restrictive.
And finally, there is green….but that doesn’t mean everything returns to normal.
Jefferson County is currently operating at yellow and will likely stay at that level for some time.
