When Will Red Bluff Campground Open?

(Pucky Huddle) Camping enthusiasts are enjoying nice cool weather to start the season but one camping favorite has yet to open.

For the past couple years, Crawford County’s Red Bluff Campground in Pucky Huddle has been getting a major upgrade.

The campground is a part of the Mark Twain National Forest.

Regional Radio just asked Forest Ranger Becky Ewing the million dollar question….When will Red Bluff Campground open?

A few projects are still continuing but once complete, Ewing thinks visitors of Red Bluff are going to enjoy the new features.

Ewing tells us about another project that’s still underway and she gets a little closer to giving us an opening date for the campground situated on the beautiful, clear waters of the Huzzah Creek.
