Wilburn Crossland of Festus passed away Friday, at the age of 91. After serving in the Army during the Korean War, he became a longtime resident of Festus and worked at Martin Oil and Caveland before spending over 40 years as the custodian for Sacred Heart School in Crystal City and First Baptist Church of Arnold. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran in Crystal City, Christian Outreach Center in Hillsboro, and Radiant Life Church of Festus.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Elsie, two daughters; Zoe Cooper of Festus, and Carla AuBuchon of Pevely; sons Danny of Arnold, Ken Crossland of Florida, and Marty Crossland of Arnold; and seven grandchildren.

There will be a private graveside ceremony for Wilburn Crossland at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Arrangements are under the direction of the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
