Windsor Volleyball To Play For Third Place Saturday On J-98

(CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.) – The Windsor Owls volleyball team will play in the third place match Saturday of the Class 3 State Tournament, after falling in straight sets against St. Michael the Archangel, Logan-Rogersville, and St. Francis Borgia on Friday in pool play.
The third place match will be against St. Michael.
This is the farthest that any Windsor girls sports team has ever made it in the playoffs.
And senior defensive specialist Kennedy Detmer thinks that’s pretty special.
