Winners Announced for Mineral Area Council on the Arts Creative Writing Contest

(Farmington) The Mineral Area Council on the Arts just wrapped up it’s 1st Annual Creative Writing Contest.
Scottye Adkins is the arts council director.
She tells us who won.
There was also a category for adults.
There were 30 entries in the creative writing contest.
Saturday afternoon’s workshop at the library in Farmington is free to attend and it will be catered by Coljac Artisan Cafe of Farmington.
Besides learning about creative writing, all the winners’ stories will be read during the workshop.
