Zufall Jr. sentenced to five years in prison

(Hillsboro) David Zufall, Jr of House Springs was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on Monday. Zuffall was found guilty in June of Assault in the Second Degree. He was charged in May of 2020 with two felonies for allegedly shooting a 44-year-old Byrnes Mill man after an apparent road-rage incident in unincorporated Fenton. Assault in the Second Degree has a range of punishments of up to seven years in the Department of Corrections.
