Crystal Highlands Bistro is now open

(Festus) Crystal Highlands Golf Course south of Festus now has a full bar and kitchen/restaurant available for visitors. Gary Surdyke purchased the gold course and reopened it as a public course. He says now having a fully functional restaurant is going to be a great addition.

Several members of the Surdyke family have taken charge of different positions within the golf course operation. Surdyke says since opening the course to the public in August, the feedback has been nothing but positive.
