Former Potosi Police Officer Pleads Guilty to Three Felonies

(Potosi) In a plea agreement, a former Potosi police officer admitted to providing cash, vape cartridges and other items to three male minors for nude pictures and performing sex acts on his victims.
Luke Turnbough says 40-year-old Matthew N. Skaggs pleaded guilty to three crimes in court on Thursday.
