Salem Teen Dies in Dent County Motorcycle Crash

(Salem) A teenager from Salem is dead after a motorcycle crash Saturday night in Dent County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Kenneth E. Laughlin lost his life after his Honda CBR-650 ran off the roadway, the motorcycle went airborne over a culvert and struck a tree.
Laughlin was thrown off the bike and he was pronounced dead by Dent County Coroner Gina White.
The crash happened on ‘H-H’ Highway, about two miles south of Salem.
