Water Fest Coming Soon to Lake Wappapello

(Wappapello) The annual Ranger Willie’s Wet and Wild Water Festival is coming back to Lake Wappapello later this month.

It’s hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the lake.

Park Ranger Andrew Jefferson says this event is all about being safe when you’re in the water or on the water.

The water festival takes place most of the day on Saturday the 24th at Redman Creek Beach at Lake Wappapello in Wayne County.
