Another Round of Accumulating Snow on the Way

(East-Central/Southeast Missouri) Another round of accumulating snow will encompass the listening area Wednesday morning and throughout the day.

Ben Herzog is a Meteorologist with the National Weather Service in St. Louis. He says light snow is beginning to push through the region.

Dangerously cold temperatures will also stick with us through Wednesday.

9.3″ of snow fell in Jefferson County between Sunday night and Tuesday morning.

Another 1 to 3 inches is forecast to accumulate on Wednesday.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Jefferson County until 6pm on Wednesday.
