Applebee's Of Farmington Athlete Of The Week: Chase Sucharski (Sr.), Hillsboro High School

(Hillsboro) This week’s Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week is Chase Sucharski form Hillsboro High School. The senior wide receiver caught two passes for 73 yards in the Hawks’ 21-point comeback win over Festus in the Class Four District championship Friday night. Hillsboro won 29-28. One catch was for a touchdown. The other came with a little over six minutes left and the Hawks trailing by 7.

Hillsboro head coach Bill Sucharski says Chase and quarterback Preston Brown have practiced that play.

Sucharski also recorded four tackles and an interception at the end of the game to stop Festus on their potential game winning drive. For being Athlete of the Week, Chase Sucharski will receive a t-shirt, certificate and a coupon for a free entrée at Applebee’s in Farmington.
