(FESTUS) April is “Child Abuse Prevention Month”. Ciara Hogendobler is a Prevention Specialist with Compass Health Network in Festus. She says child abuse often goes
unreported.
According to Hogendobler, too many times children are perhaps too scared to report what is happening to them.
Hogendobler says abuse can be reported by calling 1-800-392-3738.
