Arrest Made after Human Remains Discovered in Bollinger County

(Marble Hill) The Bollinger County Sheriff’s Department has an investigation underway after human remains were discovered in the county this week.

One suspect is already in custody.

Investigators say the remains were found in connection with a missing woman from Madison County.

The woman’s name has not been released yet.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is assisting in the case.

An autopsy of the unidentified person is scheduled for Friday morning at 9:30.
