Big Fundraiser Underway at Washington-Franklin Elementary School in Farmington

(Farmington) A group of students at Washington-Franklin Elementary School in Farmington is leading the charge in a special fundraising effort currently underway at the school.

Maddy Ramsey is a 4th grade math and science teacher at Washington-Franklin.

She says students on the Character Council are hard at work right now.

Ramsey says those who donate will be serenaded during their tour.

Judging of the decorated doors at Washington-Franklin Elementary in Farmington will take place Friday, December 9th.

Kim Long and Jessica Hampton-Shipman from our radio station will be a part of the judging team.

And from Friday the 9th through Thursday the 15th, Washington-Franklin students can bring in change to vote on their favorite door.
