Bismarck Mayor Announces new Partnership

(PARK HILLS) Bismarck Mayor Seth Radford spoke at the State of St. Francois County Address on Friday about a new development in town.

The City of Bismarck has also made a commitment to improving the roadways.

The city of Bismarck is planning several other projects, including a new sidewalk connecting the High School to the existing sidewalks.
