Compass Health Network Awaits Bids for Shop n Save Remodel

Compass Health Network will remodel former Shop n Save building, 1275 N. Truman Blvd., Festus.

(FESTUS) Compass Health Network is now waiting for bids to come in regarding the renovation work for the inside of the old Shop n Save building in Festus. Compass acquired the building several months ago and since that time the health care agency has installed new outdoor signage and a new colorful paint scheme. Sue Curfman, Senior Vice President of Regional Corporate Services of Compass says the agency held a pre-bid walk through with contractors at the building Tuesday with bids to be submitted by April 4th. Curfman believes the renovation work will take a year to complete.
In the meanwhile, Curfman says Compass has opened five new access points in Jefferson County.
According to Curfman one of the new access points for Compass is located in Arnold.
Other new locations include Hickory Plaza in Hillsboro and the former Jefferson County Health Department office on Highway 30 next door to the Northwest Branch of the Jefferson County library.
