Conservative Club of St. Francois County Hosts Candidate Meet Up in Leadwood

(Leadwood) Primary elections, in Missouri, take place on August 4th and as that day gets closer all candidates are ramping up their campaigns. The Conservative Club of St. Francois County helped out local candidates with a meet in Leadwood Thursday evening. The event gave constituents the opportunity to meet with and talk to the candidates. Club president Chuck Dodson explains the idea behind the meetup.

Mike Henderson, who is running for re-election for his 117th district seat in the Missouri House, says an event like this is helpful and it may not have been a reality a few years ago.
