Crystal City has a mayor’s race

(Crystal City) For the first time in many years, Crystal City Mayor Tom Schilli has an opponent on the April election ballot. Schilli will be opposed by councilman Mike Osher, who has been on the council for nearly a year. Crystal City City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says both are good people.

With Osher running for mayor, he had to vacate his seat as a councilman in ward 4. Jeff Kempfer signed up and is running unopposed for that seat. All other council races are current officeholders running unopposed, Mary Schaumburg in ward 1, Rick Fischer in ward 2, and Ken Bradley in ward 3.
