David Engel — Service 7/10/20 1 P.M.

David Engel of Festus, passed away Friday, July 3 at the age of 88. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War; member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal City, Missouri; a life member, Past Commander, and 50 year adjutant with VFW #3777; life member of American Legion #253; and retired from Plaza Tire Co. with over 40 years working with Plaza and the former Crystal Tire Co.

He is survived by sons John Engel of Festus, Kenny Engel of Festus, and Greg Engel of DeSoto, daughters Linda Flood of Indiana, Julie Engel of Blackwell, Denise Bradford of Oklahoma, Debbie Tucker of Festus, and Michelle Meyer of Festus; and 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for David Engel will be Friday (7/10) afternoon at 1, at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, Interment with full military honors in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City, Missouri.

Visitation will be Friday (7/10) morning from 10am until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
