EMAA Helping The Homeless

(Park Hills) The East Missouri Action Agency has received additional CARES Act money to help residents in the area affected by COVID-19. In addition, the agency has also received a grant to help with the homeless situation in the area. Rob Baker with the EMAA says they’ve already put that money to good use.

Baker says the grant contains several components.

This is a two year grant program. The East Missouri Action Agency serves residents in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve and Washington Counties.
