(Farmington) It was last Thursday that over two thousand people received their first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine at the Farmington Civic Center. At the time, it was the largest one day vaccination in the state of Missouri. With a number of people volunteering to work that day to make it happen, feeding those volunteers became a real chore. Cassie Thomas with the Farmington Chamber of Commerce says they coordinated an effort to make sure they got fed.
Those people who got their vaccine last week will be back later this month to get their second dose.
