Farmington Football takes on Cape Central for District Championship
(Cape Girardeau) The Farmington Knights football team has the opportunity to win a district championship against Cape Central Friday. The Knights defeated both Webster Groves and Poplar Bluff on the road during the postseason, and have both momentum and confidence.
Cape Central, on the other hand, has an 8-3 record. The previous six games have all been blowout wins in favor of the Tigers, and it started on September 29th with a 35-0 blanking of the Knights.
