Farmington Takes on Cape Central on KREI

The Farmington Knights football team is coming off a thrilling victory over Lift for Life last week, and this week, th Knights travel to Cape Girardeau to face the 2-3 Cape Central Tigers. Cape Central has been in close games all season leading up to their 50-point loss against Jackson. Cape Central coach Kent Gibbs says his unit has struggled with consistency.
Farmington head coach Erik Kruppe is satisficed with his team’s growth this season, but knows each remaining game will be a challenge.
Both teams boast dynamic running attacks. Coach Gibbs says that stopping the run is one of the keys to success this week.
