Fredericktown Couple Arrested After Bringing Dead Child to Madison County Medical Center

(Fredericktown) A couple from Fredericktown are facing felony charges after they had taken their juvenile child to Madison Medical Center this week, where upon arrival, the juvenile was dead according to hospital staff.

A news release from the Fredericktown Police Department’s Facebook page says hospital staff called the police department after they saw evidence of abuse and neglect on the juvenile.

25-year-old Hayden W. Rosener, who was not identified as the father in the news release, was interviewed by police as was the mother, 23-year-old Rylee R. Fararro.

Members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control assisted in the investigation and the questioning of the two.

Following the questioning, both were arrested on the felonies of abuse or neglect of a child resulting in death and first degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Rosener was also hit with a drug possession charge.

Both are being held in the Madison County Jail.

Rosener’s bond was set at a million dollars and Fararro’s bond was set at a half million.

They are both scheduled to be arraigned on April 11th at the courthouse in Fredericktown.
