Fredericktown Hosts 60th Azalea Festival This Weekend

(Fredericktown) Fredericktown hosts its 60th Azalea Festival this weekend with festivities starting on Thursday night with the Prince and Princess Pageant at the High School Gym. Azalea Fest President J.C. Shetley says they’ll have a very special Grand Marshall this year…

Shetley says the music will also fit the occasion…

The band is CJ Ryder and the Past Masters Saturday afternoon with the Azalea Dance starting at 8pm at the Fredericktown Eagles.
The weekend includes a carnival, over 100 crafters, a golf tournament, a fun run, a car show, a church service and parade on Sunday and Shannon Cox, Eric Thompson and Jenny Revelle performing on Sunday afternoon.
We’ll be there to broadcast from the Azalea Festival Friday from 5:30 to 7 and Saturday from 9:30 to 12:30 on J-98.
