Gannon on Absentee Voting Bill Passed because of Coronavirus

(Jefferson City) Missouri voters for the state and national elections can vote by mail this year to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

State Representative Elaine Gannon of DeSoto says the state senate approved the bill in the closing days of the legislative session.

The mail-in vote will only be allowed for the August Primary and the General Election in November.
