(HILLSBORO, Mo.) The Grandview Eagles suffered a big set back on the basketball court Wednesday when MRI results came back positive with a torn ACL for star senior guard Koby Klaus.

It’s the second consecutive season that Klaus has torn his ACL in the same knee. Head coach Chris Miller said it happened during a non-contact play…

Klaus had been averaging 18.3 points per game so far this year. The injury occured last Friday in their loss against Steelville. Despite suffering an injury that will end his high school career, Miller noted Klaus has tried to be as positive as he can about the situation…

Grandview is 3-5 on the year and have lost their last four games in a row after winning three out of their first four games. Grandview will continue life without Klaus Friday night when they travel to take on the West County Bulldogs.
