Henderson Talks Second Amendment Preservation Act

(Jefferson City) Senate Bill 39 creates a Second Amendment Preservation Act in Missouri that, according to the Senate website, “Declares that federal supremacy does not apply to federal laws that restrict or prohibit the manufacture, ownership, and use of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition within the state”. 117th District Representative Mike Henderson is in favor of the bill , but sees a flaw in the language.
