Herculaneum Proposition “S” Passes

(HERCULANEUM) Voters in Herculaneum approved Proposition “S” during Tuesday’s election. Herculaneum Mayor Ryan Wright says this will allow the extension of a citywide 1/2 cent sales tax which will go towards capital improvements mainly for the sewer treatment plant. Wright says while out campaigning for Proposition “S”, most of the comments from citizens were positive
According to Wright, there has been some recent work on the sewer system.
The unofficial vote total for Proposition S in Herculaneum was 354-108.
