Hillsboro Homecoming & Festival a huge success

(Hillsboro) The crowds were large and people were excited to attend the Hillsboro Homecoming and Festival this past weekend. Mandy Alley is the Administrator for the Greater Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce. She says they had a record crowd for Friday night.

Alley says the public was still out in full force on a rainy Saturday.

One event that was not held as part of the Hillsboro Homecoming and Festival was the golf tournament. Last year after having to cancel the festival, they did hold the golf tournament in the fall, and that plan to have it at that time again this year.
