Hillsboro teenager killed in two-vehicle accident

(Hillsboro) A female Hillsboro teenager was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Route B north of Reynolds Creek Road near Hillsboro Wednesday evening. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the teen was driving a Pontiac G6 north on Route B, lost control of the vehicle and traveled into the southbound lane, and struck a Ford F-150 pick-up driven by 34-year old Kyle Coleman of Potosi. The teenager was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis was pounced deceased a few hours later. Coleman was not injured in the accident. The accident took place just prior to 6 o’clock Wednesday night.
