Hillsboro’s Josh Allison is Applebee’s Co-Athlete of The Week

(HILLSBORO)  Josh Allison, the state champion cross country runner from Hillsboro High School is the Applebee’s of Farmington co-athlete of the week. The other winner this week is Emma Breier, Senior volleyball player of the Class 2 State Champion Jefferson Lady Blue Jays.

This past Wednesday, Josh signed his national letter of intent to continue his cross-country career at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Josh’s brother Jonah,
a sophomore, also signed with SIU. Josh says he was really impressed with SIU cross-country coach Brian Biekert.

For being named the Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week, Josh Allison received a  coupon for a free entree at Applebee’s in Farmington, a certificate, and a T-shirt.
