(Farmington) It’s been a hot summer already and we’re not even halfway through. The warm weather is not only tough on humans, but on animals as well. Mickie McClanahan with the Farmington Pet Adoption Center says there are some simple things to do for your pets to keep them safe and let them have a little fun as well.
The Farmington Pet Adoption Center is located on Highway 67, south of 221. McClanahan says they have about 25 cats and 14 dogs available for adoption at the no-kill shelter.
